Ike Emuchay
Director
Ike is responsible for managing operations and projects across Southern England at Nexus RE.
With almost 20 years of development industry experience, Ike has held key roles as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Monitor, and Portfolio Manager. Prior to establishing Nexus RE, Ike led the London and Southeast Project Monitoring team at one of the UK’s largest dedicated Project Monitoring consultancies, playing a pivotal role in their growth and reputation as a market leader.
Throughout his career, Ike has held senior positions at Dalbergia Consulting (as a shareholder), AECOM, EC Harris, and UE Capital. Ike has completed a secondment with Lloyds Banking Group’s Solutions Team, where he focused on managing complex projects, requiring more forensic analysis.
Ike has extensive expertise in representing the interests of lenders and investors in construction, having overseen the delivery of over £5bn in construction contracts. He has provided strategic advisory services on large-scale development projects, working with funding institutions on both short- and long-term financing solutions across residential and commercial sectors.
