Dave oversees operations and projects across Northern England at Nexus RE.
With 19 years of industry experience, Dave has held key roles as a Development Manager, Project Monitor, Contract Administrator, and Insolvency Practitioner Support. Before joining Nexus RE, he led the North of England and Scotland Project Monitoring team at one of the UK’s largest consultancies, playing a pivotal role in establishing it as a market leader in the region.
Dave has held senior positions at Dalbergia Consulting (as a shareholder), AECOM, and Turner & Townsend, with experience spanning the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, and Canada.
His expertise covers a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, sports and leisure, education, industrial, logistics, storage, and infrastructure.
